Films

The main showcase of Nordisk Panorama is the Nordic Competition Programme which consists of the best new short films and documentaries from the five Nordic countries. This year, the programme presents a selection of 74 films, the majority of which will be shown to an international audience for the first time. 

The films compete in three categories:

Nordic Short Films
38 short films in various genres such as fiction, animation and experimental - with a maximum duration of 60 minutes - compete for the Nordic Short Film Award. Read more here.

Nordic Documentary Films
22 short documentaries, as well as feature length films, compete for the Nordic Documentary Award. Read more here.

New Nordic Voices
14 films are featured in the special competition NP Introduces: New Nordic Voices, celebrating new promising Nordic filmmakers. Expect the Unexpected! Read more here.
