Nordisk Panorama Short Film Marathon

For the first time ever, Nordisk Panorama is arranging a Short Film Marathon! We want every film enthusiast to compete, young, old, proffesional and amateur film makers!

What?

This is a 48-hour long short film marathon. The films should be a maximum of 3 minutes, and can either be fiction or documentary. You are free to use any technique available (if you want to use your mobile or make an animation, it is all up to you). Each film should be based on a theme given to you by the festival. As the marathon begins we will announce the topic.

When?

The marathon starts this Friday 19/9 at 12 am and ends 48 hours later on Sunday 21/9 12 am. Your film must be ready and uploaded on YouTube before this day and date. Films that are uploaded later than the given date, will not be part of the contest.

Were?

Where ever you are! We give you the topic here on our website www.nordiskpanorama.com/marathon when the Marathon begins Friday 19/9 12 AM and when you are finished with your film you can upload it on YouTube. The YouTube adress to be used will also be announced here Friday 19/9.

How?

We will create a Nordisk Panorama group on YouTube where you can upload your film. The competition last until the 29th September. The film with the highest rating on YouTube will become the winner of the Marathon! As simple as that!

Prizes:

1st Prize: Screening of the film at Nordisk Panorama Awards Ceremony. The winner also gets an iPod Touch 16 GB and an Apple video editing program Final Cut Express 4.

2nd Prize: Apples video editing program Final Cut Express 4.
